Born in the Bay Area, raised the neighborhood of Santo Domingo in Mexico City, Kevin’s style is a blend of two worlds. He spent his youth navigating the vibrant markets, the underground music scenes of the city  before returning to San Jose, where he spent years helping his mother run her arts and crafts booth at  flea markets and universities. This lifelong mix of grit and creativity defines his approach behind the bar. Today, he pours that "two-country" perspective into every drink, keeping things as authentic as his roots.

Coffee was his first passion, influenced by his Oaxacan heritage. In 2014, Kevin immigrated back to the United States and began bartending, blending together storytelling, culinary techniques, and tropical ingredients. He continues finding tradition, nostalgia and inspiration while visiting farmers markets, sharing moments with  people.
